Economy, Society, and the Environment
Our mission is to build a company where every employee feels valued and is able to contribute their best work. We want our team members to feel confident in their ability to make an impact, and we want them to know that they're part of something bigger.
The world is changing. The internet has made it easier than ever for people to connect and share ideas, but it's also created a space where we're inundated with content on a daily basis. It's hard to know what to read and what to ignore—and even harder to tell the difference between good content and bad.
We want to change that. We want you to be able to trust that when you see our name in your feed, it will be worth reading, worth sharing, and worth talking about. That's why we're building an increasingly innovative community that helps us communicate responsible consumption and, for those who would prefer it, non-alcoholic wines in addition to our other products developed with thoughtful messaging and ingredients.
Additionally, across our brands, operational sites, and the communities we work in, we’re taking an active role in addressing the inequality of women in business; especially in wine. We are taking the next step to support Women, company and community-wide.
We’re doing this by fostering a culture where women are empowered to grow as leaders and share their stories and expertise.
We’re also working with organizations that support women like the Beauty, Brains & Business Entrepreneur Grants and Scholarship Fund, which invests in the professional advancement and career growth of high-potential, professional women who are often underrepresented in leadership positions.
It's not just about being sustainable—it's about
making sure everyone can thrive.
Lastly, we believe that true sustainability is achieved when a company creates long-term value for its customers, employees, and suppliers—and the environment. That's why we're fostering innovative and sustainable methods through our company and brands. Not only do we take our responsibility to conserve water systems seriously, but we're also utilizing circular economy packaging across the company. And we're working with our suppliers to create a more sustainable supply chain.

We have made it our mission to identify and mitigate the current and future negative environmental impacts associated with our ability to produce the product you love
