Excellence flows through our veins like wine through ancient vines. Our story begins in the sun-drenched vineyards of France, where the family legacy took root through centuries of labor and wisdom. We believe that true excellence comes from the harmony between nature’s gifts and human dedication—a wisdom passed down through generations.
The Legacy
From Soil to Name. Our history is defined by a stubborn devotion to the land. Originally the Borde family—named for the very soil they worked—our ancestors chose dignity over expansion, refusing to prosper through the exploitation of others. Following the forced departure from our ancestral vines in 1939, the name Bordeaux was eventually reclaimed by my grand-père, Pierre, as a declaration of love for the winemaking heritage that shaped us.

In that term of endearment, I found the name for our house: a guardian force that honors my grand-père's masterful expertise while protecting what matters for the future. "
